Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the following business day.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Shipping Issues: Reuse Medical is committed to your satisfaction. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at info@reuse-medical.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so we can resolve the issue with the carrier on your behalf.

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and times vary by location:

• Canada & Europe: 4-8 business days
• Rest of World: 8-14 business days
• Customs/Taxes: All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
