Return and Refund Policy
At Reuse Medical, we are committed to providing high-quality medical equipment and parts. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with the return process.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests for 30 days from the date the item was delivered to your shipping address.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Note: Please do not send items back without an RMA number, as this will delay your refund process. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging.
3. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Items must be in the same condition that you received them.
- Packaging: Equipment should be returned in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
- Hygiene Items: For safety and health reasons, sterile items (such as tubing, masks, or sensors) cannot be returned once the original sterile seal or packaging has been opened.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the incorrect item, Reuse Medical will pay for the return shipping. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email.
- Buyer’s Remorse (Change of Mind): If you ordered the wrong part or no longer need the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Restocking Fees
- Standard Returns: Returns due to customer error or change of mind are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of technical inspection, testing, and re-certification of medical equipment.
- Defective Units: There are no restocking fees for items that are found to be defective or damaged.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our technicians, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal) within 5–7 business days.
- Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us.
7. Product Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate high-resolution images of all refurbished and used equipment. If you receive an item that is significantly different from the description or functionality advertised, it qualifies for a full refund under our "Defective or Damaged" policy.
